About the PractitionerWelcome! I am a Licensed Veterinary Technician and graduated with an A.A.S degree in Veterinary Nursing through Colby Community College in 2020, with the long-term goal of specializing in canine rehabilitation and canine arthritis management. In 2014, I completed my certification through Equissage, one of the leading animal bodywork schools in the world, and I have been continuing to hone my skills ever since. More recently, I earned my certification as a Fear Free Certified Professional, continuing my dedication to providing a positive experience for your four-legged family members.
I am a member of several professional organizations, including the International Association of Animal Massage and Bodywork, International Association of Animal Massage Therapists, Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals, and the International Reiki Organization. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, I could be found working at local agility and flyball competitions most weekends out of the year. I have been lucky to be entrusted with the care of multitudinous canine athletes over the years, including some of the most titled dogs in the country. I look forward to getting back on the circuit when circumstances allow.

![]() I am also a proud CAMadvocate, having completed the fantastic course, CAMadvocate Level 1 through Canine Arthritis Management, a self-funded, veterinary-led initiative working to raise awareness of the prevalence of osteoarthritis in dogs. In addition, I recently completed the Canine Osteoarthritis Case Manager Certificate through the University of Tennessee. Both of these courses furthered my understanding of the disease and its management, and have given me invaluable knowledge to pass on to you, my valued clients.
As the CAM Education Coordinator at Canine Arthritis Management, I'm excited to continue learning more about managing this disease, while also helping to further educate both dog owners and other professionals, working towards the goal of getting #YourDogMoreYears. I gained my certification in pet first aid and CPR in 2018. In addition, I am working towards certification in several additional bodywork modalities through the Ojai School of Canine Massage's comprehensive Small Animal Massage Certification program. Prior to pursuing my Veterinary Nursing degree, I graduated from Penn Foster Career School's Veterinary Assistant Program.
